چکیده
The use of fruit coatings aims to avoid dehydration, minimize the occurrence spots in peel and weight loss as well extend postharvest life maintaining appearance. objective this study was evaluate effect different quality, acetaldehyde ethanol production mandarin orange varieties, during storage. With that aim, fruits with or without degreening fungicide treatment, were treated experimental conditions commercial Brillaqua UE-Mercosur UEJ-Mercosur, Citrosol AUE Sunseal, Concentrol AC36, repeating evaluation more promising treatments together UEF6-Mercosur, AKUE y Tecnidex Teycer-GLK. In both experiments, stored for 6 weeks at 1±0.5 ºC plus 7 days room temperature simulating shelf life.
